In 2015, I enlisted Bob Wentworth and Terry Peet-Lukes to join me at RAGBRAI.   He we are at the start city (Sioux City) doing our ceremonial wheel dip on the Missouri River prior to starting the 2015 ride.
Bob, Terry and Mike doing the wheel dip in the Missouri River at the start.  We are wearing our matching team T-shirts for our team "Awesome Old Guys Across Iowa".  Terry, the youngest member of the team, picked the name.
On our first night, we camped at Storm Lake, right on the waterfront, a great spot in spite of the overnight rain.
The Pope who "blessed" our ride and gave us some good advice on how to get to the Mississippi River.   He said "Go East, Ride Safely"!
We spent a lot of time in the corn.  Here's Bob noting how high the corn is.

Terry sneaking out of the corn.   The locals say there are two reasons the corn is so good in Iowa.   Number 1 and Number 2.
The food is great in Iowa.  Here's Bob at a pass-thru town enjoying the pie.
Here we are enjoying a dinner in Camp with Terry, Bob and Mike's brother Dave.

Mike's brother dave (2nd from left) who was motorcycling across country, met us at camp and joined us for dinner
In the overnight towns, the is always a biking exposition, entertainment and great food.   He we are at the end of days ride stopping at the exposition on our way to camp
This is our last night in camp in 2015.  Bob, Terry and Mike are saying goodbye to Tammy Pavich, the head of Pork Belly Ventures who provides our camping facilities.
Bob, Mike and Terry and the traditional wheel dip in the Mississippi.   This was the end of a great 2015 ride.   Good food, good spirits, great cycling, not even so much as a flat tire.
